Experienced Land Manager required.  Residential sector knowledge is essential, as is a good geographical understanding of the North West.  Excellent career prospects and package available for the right candidate.  The company looks to expand both the immediate and long term land bank and the role will require working alongside other land team members to this aim.  Answering directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good contact database, excellent negotiation skills and superb closure ability.
